1. Introduction
Bondhaven ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling your personal information with care. This policy explains what data we collect when you enquire about or book our family information programmes, why we hold it, and what rights you have under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Questions about this policy can be directed to: [email protected]
2. Data We Collect and Why
When you contact us via our website form, by phone, or by email, we collect:
- Your name — to address you correctly and manage your booking
- Your email address — to confirm bookings and follow up after sessions
- Your phone number (optional) — to reach you quickly about scheduling
- Your message content — to understand what you are enquiring about
Our legal basis for processing this information is your consent (given when you submit our contact form or call us) and, where applicable, the performance of the service you have requested.
We also collect anonymised website analytics (via cookies, if you consent) to understand how visitors use our site. No personal data from analytics is linked to your booking details.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Confirming and managing your session or toolkit booking
- Sending the 48-hour post-session follow-up email
- Responding to questions you have asked us
- Improving our programmes based on anonymised feedback patterns
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit permission, and we never sell or rent it to third parties.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Booking and contact details are kept for 12 months from the date of your last interaction with us. After that period they are securely deleted. Anonymised session feedback may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.
5. Data Security
Personal data is stored in access-controlled systems. Emails are transmitted over encrypted connections. Only Bondhaven staff with a direct operational need can access your data. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep our website functioning, and optional analytics cookies to understand visitor behaviour. You can manage your preferences at any time on our Cookie Policy page.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics (if you consent to analytics cookies) to measure website usage. Google operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share your booking details with Google or any other third party except where required by Thai law.
8. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
10. External Links
Our website and printed materials point to external official websites (government departments, regulatory bodies). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites.
11. Changes to This Policy
