1. Definitions

• "Bondhaven" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the company operating at 112 Borommaratchachonnani Road, Arun Amarin, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok 10700, Thailand.
• "Programmes" — the Family Q&A Information Session, the Personal Paperwork Toolkit, and the Community Centre Family Programme offered by Bondhaven.
• "User" / "you" — any individual or organisation that books, accesses, or uses a Bondhaven programme or this website.
• "Content" — all materials, templates, checklists, printed sheets, facilitator guides, and information produced or provided by Bondhaven.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, making a booking by phone or email, attending a session, or downloading or using any Bondhaven materials, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not book or use our programmes.

3. Description of Programmes

Bondhaven provides three general information programmes:

• Family Q&A Information Session (฿3,600): A facilitated group session covering general family-planning terminology and signposting to official channels. Attendance up to 10 participants. Duration approximately 90 minutes. Printed summary included.
• Personal Paperwork Toolkit (฿7,400): A printed and digital set of templates, checklists, and folder-structure guides for household document organisation. Self-guided; no facilitation included.
• Community Centre Family Programme (฿28,000): A facilitator pack, participant materials, delivery schedule, and onboarding session enabling community centres to deliver general family-planning information sessions independently.

All programmes are available to clients in Thailand. Delivery outside Bangkok may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Important Disclaimer — Information Only

All Bondhaven programmes are general and educational only. Nothing in any session, toolkit, printed material, facilitator guide, or on this website constitutes personal, legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice.

Bondhaven facilitators will not respond to questions about individual circumstances, and any response given during a session is general in nature. You are responsible for seeking qualified professional advice for your specific situation.

5. User Responsibilities

When booking or using our programmes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information at the time of booking
• Attend or collect materials at the agreed time
• Use Bondhaven content for personal or organisational non-commercial purposes only (unless a separate written agreement is in place)
• Not reproduce, resell, or distribute Bondhaven materials without prior written permission
• Treat session facilitators and other participants with respect
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without Bondhaven's prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All Bondhaven content — including session slides, printed summaries, toolkit templates, facilitator guides, and website text — is the intellectual property of Bondhaven and is protected under applicable Thai law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you solely for the purpose for which they were supplied. This licence does not permit commercial use, sublicensing, or redistribution.

Community centres holding the Community Centre Family Programme licence may deliver sessions to their participants but may not share, adapt, or resell the facilitator pack or participant materials.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full prior to the session date or despatch of toolkit materials.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash (by prior arrangement). Details are provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation by you: Cancellations made more than 5 business days before a session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 business days will not be refunded but may be transferred to an alternative session date, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Bondhaven: If we need to cancel a session we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or a rescheduled date.

8. Delivery and Availability

Sessions are held at our premises in Bangkok Noi or, by arrangement, at partner venues. We will confirm the location, date, and time in the booking confirmation.

Toolkit materials are dispatched by registered post or courier within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you on despatch.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure materials are accurate and current, we do not warrant that content is complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from attending a session or using our toolkits. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances and actions taken after using our programmes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bondhaven's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our programmes shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from use of our programmes or reliance on our content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondhaven, its facilitators, and staff from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of our programmes or content.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a booking by giving written notice. The cancellation and refund terms in Section 7 apply.

We reserve the right to exclude any participant from a session or suspend a Community Centre licence if the terms of this Agreement are materially breached. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct discussion within 30 days of the dispute arising.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under Thai consumer protection law.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: This Agreement (together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding our programmes and supersedes all prior discussions.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
• Notices: Notices to us should be sent to [email protected].

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients by email.

Continuing to use our programmes or website after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
